2021-22 ANNUAL PRICE REVIEW
DIA PRICING AND COST MODEL SURVEY

Following the two DIA consultation sessions conducted earlier this week, we launched a survey to gather empirical data to formulate a Cost Model that will form a substantial part of DIA’s submission to the 2021-22 NDIS Annual Price Review.

DIA would like to thank all those who were able to attend and contribute to the consultation sessions this week. From experiences learnt from previous APR’s, it is imperative that the Intermediary sector comes together to form a unified voice in order to achieve meaningful outcomes from this years Annual Price Review.

DIA will be developing a Pricing Model for both the current Plan Management and Support Coordination supports. In order to formulate robust cost models, DIA is asking for empirical data from the Intermediary sector in a number of key areas:

  • Base rates of pay;
  • Leave entitlements;
  • Superannuation;
  • Workers compensation;
  • Employee allowances;
  • Supervisory costs;
  • Permanent, Casual and Contractor employees;
  • Worker utilisation;
  • Business overheads;
  • Financial results.

DIA NEEDS YOUR HELP!
WE ARE ASKING PLAN MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT COORDINATION PROVIDERS

The survey is confidential and can be completed via a number of ways including by either filling in the survey online or downloading an excel file and emailing it to DIA.
