DIA provides notice of upcoming 2025 DIA Annual General Meeting and call for DIA members seeking to nominate to sit on the DIA Board
DIA will be conducting the our 2025 AGM online.

AT THE MEETING MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
- Find out about Disability Intermediaries Australia operations and finances;
- Ask questions about the operations and finances; and
- Speak about any items on the agenda.
AT THE MEETING VOTING MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
- All of the above;
- Accept Audited Financial Statements;
- Elect two (2) directors; and
- Vote on any resolutions proposed.

CALL FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
DIA is also calling for nominations to be elected to the Board of DIA.
Two positions are open for election:
- Vacant (currently held by Keeley Goldrick who is eligible to re-nominate for election)
- Vacant (currently vacant)
All members of DIA may put forth a nomination for election to the DIA Board at the AGM. Nominations will are open and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on 20th October 2025. To nominate please complete the below form.
