DIA Members Shine on 2021 Australian Financial Review – Most Innovative Companies List
Leap in! and My Plan Manager – Disability Intermediaries Australia members and NDIS Financial Intermediaries were recognised in a virtual ceremony yesterday (14 October 2021) for their innovative approach to supporting thousands of Australians with a disability.
Leap in! ranked #2 in the Government, Education and Not-for-Profit category, a significant achievement for the organisation which was founded in Brisbane and delivers NDIS plan management services to over 7,500 people nationally.
Leap in! CEO Andrew Kiel said that the entire Leap in! team was proud of the honour.
“Innovation is in our DNA and at the core of everything we do to enable people with different abilities to make the most of the NDIS and to live their best life. To be recognised at this level among other leading national innovators reflects our determination to transform the sector and deliver mainstream-like services to people with disability.” Mr Kiel said.
My Plan Manager ranked #9 in the Banking Superannuation and Financial Services category, a significant achievement for the organisation which was founded in Adelaide and delivers NDIS plan management services to over 20,000 people nationally.
My Plan Manager was nominated for its Kinora innovation, an online place where people with disability and their support network can connect with each other. People with disability can ask questions or share thoughts with the Kinora community. Built on inclusiveness, kindness and support, we make sure it’s a safe space, free from judgement or negative behaviour.
