As customary for this time of the year, DIA has released our annual state of the intermediaries sector report. DIA believes that it is vital to inform and demonstrate the market position, levels of investment and benefits of both Support Coordination and Plan Management to people with a disability, the Australian People and on the Australian economy.

This years survey is split into two sections the first being a similar survey to years past and the second part being our pricing and bench marking survey.

You can answer both parts or just one part and you can complete it anonymously or provide us with your organisations details to receive a free bench-marking report showing how your organisation compares to others in the sector.

All survey submissions are kept in the strictest of confidence (identifiable or not). No identifiable information or data will be published or shared. DIA takes the collection of this information seriously with the upmost of confidence and sensitivity. As such, only DIA Staff (CEO and Policy Officer) will have viability of the any identifiable data collected.

The Survey is open to both DIA Members, we thank the many Members who have already responded over the holiday period, and non-Members of the NDIS Intermediary sector.
